The end of August is bitter sweet for me.  I love summer and hate to see it go  but I am always excited to see some cooler temps, get back on a schedule and get a little organized.

Today for the Heartfelt Design team I have a fresh new project that honors all the wonders of summer.

The paper line is from Authentique and called Felicity.

Its a beautiful line filled with butterflies and roses.

Lets take a look at the projects

The papers in this line are so beautiful it was hard to cover them up with the photo mats so I placed the photos to the side. The journaling cards add that extra little bit to create a layout perfect for a wedding, photo shoot, shower, birthday or just a relaxing day outside.

For a great little gift, favor or thank you add some of the paper to a little bag, this one is cut from a Silhouette file.  Add a 3D flower to the center.  The bag is as pretty as anything you place inside.

For some fun home decor how about creating a shadow box and placing a 3d butterfly in the middle.

I made the box from a file in the Silhouette store and used paper from the Felicity line for the lid. 

Use a transparency in the lid and add the butterfly (also a Silhouette file).

I am in LOVE with the journaling cards in this line.  They make some of the most beautiful cards, quick and easily!

Try adding an embossed back ground...

or a little tab...

The journaling cards are the perfect size to make a smaller card as well.
