Every year its the same thing. We don't have a mantle so I hang, tie or tape our stockings to the banister. It works, kind of. Sometimes they fall off, or get knocked off or...

No more this year. This year I made a Stocking Tree and it is perfect.



I painted it white but it was still pretty plain so I spruced it up a little with some pine garland and Pinecones.





To give it a wintry snowy feeling, I added some white paint here and there. I am really happy with how it turned out and the best part, no more falling socks.
